We have tried alternatives, but are currently using Amazon to fulfill our website orders because they are the most reliable both in terms of delivery and print quality. Quality is our top priority. Our books are also available at Amazon.com. We can offer better prices on this website, but delivery will likely be faster when ordering through Amazon.com, especially if you have Prime.

Amazon.com handles both the printing and shipping of our books. You may expect your books to be delivered within 7 to 10 days from placing your order, though they are often received sooner.

Shipping costs can add up, both for Side-by-Side Classics, as well as customers. To ease the burden, we cover a portion of the shipping costs for all U.S. orders. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.

You’re welcome to purchase our books at Amazon.com, where you’ll find the same titles at similar prices. However, buying directly from our site supports us more directly, and we offer free shipping on orders over $50. If you have Amazon Prime, free shipping may also be available through Amazon. If you’re a school or making a bulk order, you would definitely be better served placing your order directly with Side-by-Side Classics because we offer a 40% bulk discount on orders of 20 or more books. Ebooks are cheaper on our website. We also offer audiobooks here that are not available on Amazon.com.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 calendar days. To initiate a return, simply email us at John@SidebySideClassics.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds are issued through WooCommerce and will be credited back to your original payment method once the return is processed. All digital sales are final and not returnable. 

Unfortunately, all digital downloads (eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable resources) are non-refundable. Since these products are instantly accessible once purchased, we cannot offer returns or refunds on digital content. All of our eBooks are provided in PDF format. This format allows us to maintain the critical side-by-side layout of the English and Spanish texts, ensuring the best possible reading experience. Other formats do not support this dual-language presentation as effectively, which is why PDF is the best option for our books.
