Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-returnable Items

• Downloadable products (e.g., audiobooks, eBooks, software)

Returns Process

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to factors outside our control
• Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be delays in posting the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at John@sidebysideclassis.com.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks) are final. Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the file has been accessed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination and method chosen at checkout. International orders may take longer due to customs processing times.

Lulu will handle the fulfillment of physical books. For more details on their shipping times and policies, please refer to their terms when completing the purchase.
